It's competition time!!
Get ready to embrace the macabre, the gothic, and the steampunk!
We're excited to announce the Frankenstein's Laboratory Competition, a celebration of creativity that will transport you to the mysterious world of Frankenstein's lab.
The challenge...
Use your imagination to create something gothic that could be found in Victor Frankenstein’s laboratory.
The prizes...
Prizes will include Amazon vouchers, complimentary tickets to the show and Frankenstein merchandise. These will be presented at a special awards ceremony on Sun 9th June at 4pm at Daneside Theatre. Winners will be given the opportunity to go behind the scenes and talk to Frankenstein cast and crew members.
The details...
There are two age categories for the competition: 12-18yrs and 18yrs+
- First, create your masterpiece.
- Then measure the dimensions of your creation in cm (H x W x D).
- Take a photograph of it.
- Email the photograph, dimensions, your name, age category (12-18yrs or 18yrs+) and contact email address to frankenstein@congletonplayers.com.
Closing date 05.05.24.
Winners will be notified by email by 13.05.24 and will be asked to bring their creation to Daneside Theatre.
Winning artefacts, and possibly selected others, will be displayed as part of the production, either on stage or as part of the foyer decoration. They may also be used as part of a display in Congleton Library from 20th May to 8th June.
